Nuestra Delcy gave us an amuse-bouche of what she considers to be Venezuela’s goodbye tour of the Organization of American States, saying she’d show up with 10 different draft resolutions, addressing the “truly important topics for Latin America,” which range from repealing Obama’s Executive Order, Donald Trump’s wall, and Luis Almagro’s illegal behavior.
The Mexican delegation is trying hard to push through a resolution that “defends representative democracy,” while CARICOM votes are still in play.
