Democracy in slow motion
Story after story we keep hearing is the same: three, four, five hours in searing heat, waiting to vote. So … I shoot a quick e-mail to the Capriles campaign to ask if they think this is a generalized pattern, or if opposition voting centers are slower than chavista ones.
Well, they say, um … chavista sectors of the country are voting more fluidly.
