That uncomfortable feeling

Latin America ranks dead last among regions in the world on perceived safety in the streets, per a Gallup poll. Venezuela is the country where people feel least safe in the region and the third most unsafe worldwide. Only Chad and Afganistan are perceived as more unsafe. I don’t know why this has not been picked up by the media in Venezuela.
