Tascón dies
ODH is tweeting an announcement that Cilia Flores has just made: chavista deputy Luis Tascón, of the infamous Tascón List, has died.
He had been battling cancer for months.
Though lately he had become a bit of a dissident, fairly or unfairly, that picture sums up his legacy. RIP.
