Mimicking Bogotá
The Sucre Municipality in Caracas has started a program to educate people on the streets on basic transit norms. The BBC took notice (in Spanish).
The program uses clowns and mimes, which is only appropriate since it mimicks a program Antanas Mockus put in place in Bogotá a few years ago. It is also being implemented in the chavista sectors of the city.
Take a look, at low volume – the constant sound of horns in the background suggests we’re gonna need a lot more clowns.
