Quico says: Turns out that catastrophic interview of Allan Brewer-Carías appeared on the NYTimes website as a result of a content-sharing agreement with the Council on Foreign Relations: the thing was produced, edited and released on CFR’s website first. Kindly mentally reassign the fury induced away from NYT and towards CFR.
