The eminent Dr. Duque Corredor opines
The war of the salas continues in the Supreme Tribunal, with too many machinations to keep track of. Duque’s dad says the Sala Plena is the chivo que más mea in the Supreme Tribunal. He says the (opposition leaning) electoral chamber still has jurisdiction over the signatures, but that if there is a jurisdictional conflict, the Sala Electoral should take the matter to the entire court. Does anyone have a proper head-count there?
