Brilliant video. The 3 seconds from 15:00 to 15:03 is the kind of image we have to repeat again and again and again.

agree, Juancho, too long. I mean it’s good, but I got tired before the half-way mark. And what’s the point of that?
Here’s something that should be noted and amended asap: The background music during the Capriles’ voice-overs should be more muted so that they don’t have to compete with ‘la musquita’.
These kind of long documentaries are more for the online crowd. It’s true that they should turrn down the music a little bit.
To me, these are put out there to test the waters, to see what kind of reaction they get, and to see what works and what doesn’t. Obviously, there is a lot in there that they will probably edit and cut up into little mini-ads, but in spite of its length, there is a theme to it.

Another amazing emotional moment was on Sunday, when he grabbed his vinotinto shirt and screamed “esta es Venezuela”. It was raw, real, and a powerful symbol. I hope they use it well.

Why couldn’t they write something like that for him for his CNE speech? With all that headwind he’s going to have to fight, one of the things he has on his side is the fact that he can be the candidate of the future, the candidate of a better tomorrow compared to a crappy today. He has everything he needs to inspire people to at least hope for a better future, and then he goes and does what he did on Sunday.
I also thought it was brilliant BTW. I was particularly touched by the kid with special needs. I’m down for another CC “put your money where your mouth is” shingding.

That’s exactly what Capriles did on Sunday. His way and on his terms. He won’t talk nonsense and, you know what? It works: in Caracas, Bolívar, Monagas and today in Sucre too. The Straw Age** is over, and we better get used to the idea.

I very much liked HCR’s inspiring words as of 14:50, starting with: No se rindan! Siempre estarán a tiempo de alcanzar y comenzar algo nuevo! Entierren sus miedos y retomen el vuelo! No se rindan .. continuen en el viaje, persigan sus sueños… destapen el cielo .. no hay heridas que no cubre el tiempo.. cada día es un comienzo nuevo, porque esta es la hora y el mejor momento …!
Pure gold. Technically though, the audio could use some equalizing in order to make the voice-over more even in tone.

I am touched by Capriles hugging and shaking hands with everyone. Especially when he hugs an elderly and obviously poor lady and says “Mi Amor”.
Chavez hugs Fidel, Raoul, Mugabe, Qadaffi, Assad, Kim, Saddam, etc. while keeping his royal distance from common people. I want someone who cares about Venezolanos.
